How to Join MARS

In order to qualifiy for AF MARS, you must be:
1. Minimum age of 17 years.
2. A citizen of the USA or lawfully admitted to the USA under provision of Title 18, United States Code, chapter 12. Reside in the USA, territories or possessions, or an area under US military command jurisdiction.
3. Hold a valid Amateur Radio operator license issued by the FCC.
4. Have a HF radio station capable of operating on two MARS frequencies.
